- Question: How often should I have my gutters cleaned?
Answer: 2-5 times per year.
- Question: What are the best times of year to clean my gutters?
Answer: Springtime, The gutters fill up fast with seed pods and tree silt when all the blossoms fall off the trees. If you have a heavily wooded lot, you might consider two spring cleanings or gutter screens to keep the system clear during the April showers. Cleaning the gutters will keep the seed pods from growing in your gutters and accumulating in your underground drains. Late Summer: We call this the Hurricane clean. The first set of thunder boomers usually knocks a huge volume of debris out of the trees and in to already full gutters. This cleaning avoids a lot of flooded basements. Fall: The trees change colors and drop their leaves in to the gutters. Heavily wooded lots and homes with underground drains should consider screens or cleaning the gutters out twice during this heavy season. Fall is our busiest time of year; consider becoming a service contract holder and recieve priority booking. Winter: The winter storms blow the pine needles, sticks and the rest of the fall debris out of the trees and in to the gutters.
- Question: Do I need to be home when you clean the gutters?
Answer: No one needs to be home for us to do our job. We do a great job and our technicians pay attention to detail. If you are not home, we can leave an invoice.
- Question: Do you offer a senior citizens discount?
Answer: Yes, we offer 5% off to seniors. We also offer a 5% discount to active military and their families.
- Question: Are you insured?
Answer: Yes, we are fully insured. We carry both Workers compensation and General liability. Workers Comp covers employee injuries. General liability covers property damage. It’s easy to request a certificate of insurance. Ask our office staff for a certificate and they will have our insurance agent send you one right away.
